1. Overview & Data Philosophy

TapFlow ("we", "our", or "the application") is developed and maintained by HVG INFOTECH LLP. We believe that utility applications must respect user sovereignty. TapFlow does not collect, log, transmit, or monetize any personally identifiable information (PII) or device data.

2. Android System Permissions & Strict Limitations

To deliver deterministic touch automation on Android without requiring root privileges, TapFlow requires the following standard Android APIs:

A. Accessibility Service API (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE)

  • Core Purpose: Used exclusively to perform automated physical touch simulations (such as single clicks, multi-target sequences, and swipe gestures) configured explicitly by you.
  • Strict Limitation: TapFlow does not read screen content, inspect application user interfaces, monitor passwords, capture personal chats, or alter device settings without permission.
  • Hardware Kill-Switch: Users retain instant control. Pressing the physical Volume Down button immediately aborts any running gesture macro.

B. Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

  • Core Purpose: Used to render the minimal floating HUD controller dock and numbered target pins over target games or apps.
  • Strict Limitation: The overlay only displays controller buttons and does not record or scrape underlying pixel buffers.

C. Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

  • Core Purpose: Displays a low-priority, silent system notification during active macro execution with a quick "STOP" action.

3. Data Storage & Jetpack DataStore

All user configurations, custom macro profiles, click delay values, and coordinate offsets are stored purely locally in the device's private sandbox using Android Jetpack DataStore. Uninstalling the app permanently purges all local configuration data.

4. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

TapFlow Version 1.0 contains no advertising SDKs, no behavioral tracking frameworks, and no cloud analytics.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is not targeted at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
